ISM was founded in May 2001 as the first firm of its type in Ireland.
Over the last 8 years, ISM has gained significant experience in this arena, providing property owners and developers with substantial revenue from the letting of the telecommunications capabilities of their properties through the active management of telecommunications operators.
Our commitment to our clients is unrivalled and our expertise in telecommunication spending on infrastructure and its interface with development is unparalleled. Our conservative market estimates project that spending by telecommunications operators on leasing of private property in Ireland tops €300 million per annum.
In 2004, ISM diversified its company strategy to include the management of fibre and the provision and brokering of high speed, voice, and IP television services for our expanding client list. We called the vehicle to roll out this service the Open Access Platform ©.
To date, ISM has developed a client base of over 60 private and corporate entities, including 2 multinationals, managing on their behalf a property portfolio of over 400 properties for potential telecom letting.
In 2007 alone, ISM has generated a revenue stream of over €5,000,000 for its clients, with no associated costs. Most recently, ISM has had the pleasure to deliver the largest annual fee for the letting of rooftop space in Ireland. In 2009, ISM plans to triple this revenue target for its client firms.
